Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a Corporate Sales General Manager to lead and scale our Corporate Travel Sales division — someone who can build structure, drive revenue, and win large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end corporate sales revenue across regions
  • Lead the corporate sales function — strategy, planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Build and scale a predictable B2B sales pipeline with strong conversion focus
  • Acquire and close mid-to-large enterprise clients, including RFP-led deals
  • Drive revenue across Corporate Travel, MICE, and Forex & allied services
  • Lead high-value negotiations, contracts, and strategic closures
  • Build and strengthen client relationships for long-term growth
  • Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Mentor and manage a multi-location sales team, driving performance and accountability

Requirements

  • MBA / Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing and achieving large revenue targets (₹25 Cr+ annually)
  • Strong exposure to enterprise sales and long sales cycles, including RFP-driven deals
  • Ability to lead and scale multi-location sales teams with clear performance ownership
  • Experience managing complex client portfolios and high-value accounts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite
  • Background in corporate travel, travel management, or service industry is a strong advantage
