Job Description

Requirement of Corporate Sales Field Manager and Assistant Operation Manager in Delhi for Travel and Hospitality Company

JD 1.Corporate Sales Field Manager

Budget: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new corporate business opportunities and client acquisition.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

* Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations.

* Promote MICE, corporate travel, and event solutions.

* Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

Skills Required:

* Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

* Knowledge of hospitality, travel, and corporate events preferred.

* Self-driven with strong networking capabilities.

Experience & Qualification:

* 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales, hospitality, travel, or MICE industry.

* MBA/Graduate preferred.

2. Assistant Operation Manager

Budget: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end daily travel and event operations, ensuring seamless execution and high service standards.

• Coordinate hotel bookings and negotiate competitive rates and manage relationships with hoteliers and vendors

• Handle flight ticket issuance and travel arrangements for domestic and international requirements.

• Manage transport vendors for booking arrangements and ensure timely and efficient transportation services.

• Coordinate with event venues, negotiate competitive rates, and support event planning and execution activities.

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing and services, and ensure smooth operational delivery.

• Possess strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages to support travel planning and client requirements.

• Efficiently manage last-minute operational changes, schedule modifications, and urgent travel or event-related requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure travel and event deliverables meet expectations and service standards.

• Support on-ground event execution and operational coordination to ensure smooth and successful outcomes.

Skills Required:

* Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

* Good relations with hotels .

* Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Good understanding of MICE operations, hospitality, travel logistics, and event execution.

Experience & Qualification:

* 2–4 years of relevant experience in FIT, MICE, Leisure, or travel operations.

* Experience in handling corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and offsites preferred.

* Graduate/Post Graduate in Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
