Job Description Corporate Sales Executive(Female Candidates Only)

Position Summary

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities within corporate accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding organizational needs, and delivering customized healthcare solutions to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target new corporate clients through research, networking, cold calling, and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and prepare proposals for corporate accounts.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXO-level, procurement teams, Admin/HR heads).
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored diagnostic solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination from proposal to closure and post-sales engagement.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning and disciplined execution.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

4. Account Management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and client updates to management.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent service delivery.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, medical, and finance teams to meet client requirements.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to support service and process improvements.
  • Qualifications & Skills

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or related field will be an added advantage).

    Experience

    • 03 years of experience in sales.
    • Prior exposure to B2B sales or enterprise sales will be preferred.

    Skills

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior corporate stakeholders.
    • Target-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

    Compensation

    • 2 5 LPA(based on experience and capability).
