We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing client communication, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Identify and qualify leads through research and outbound calls.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the field sales team.
- Maintain and update customer database and CRM records.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending closures.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide regular reports on lead status and sales pipeline.
