Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound leads and qualify them for WhatsApp Business API suitability
  • Schedule and conduct product demos over Google Meet tailored to the client's use case
  • Explain features, workflows, pricing, and compliance during the demo
  • Address queries and objections and align the solution with business requirements
  • Drive post-demo follow-ups to move prospects toward closure
  • Close deals by finalising plans, commercials, and approvals
  • Facilitate onboarding including account setup, templates, and integrations
  • Act as a dedicated relationship manager during post-onboarding to ensure adoption and success
  • Maintain CRM updates covering demo status, follow-ups, and account health
