Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound leads and qualify them for WhatsApp Business API suitability
- Schedule and conduct product demos over Google Meet tailored to the client's use case
- Explain features, workflows, pricing, and compliance during the demo
- Address queries and objections and align the solution with business requirements
- Drive post-demo follow-ups to move prospects toward closure
- Close deals by finalising plans, commercials, and approvals
- Facilitate onboarding including account setup, templates, and integrations
- Act as a dedicated relationship manager during post-onboarding to ensure adoption and success
- Maintain CRM updates covering demo status, follow-ups, and account health
