Job Description

Hyve Sports is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager who is ready to work remote in Mumbai. The role involves driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular market visits and sales meetings with clients.
  • Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotional activities and stock management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Track collection and payment follow-ups from customers.
  • Train and guide sales representatives or channel partners when required.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be an individual and a team player
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
