Role Description: This is a part-time, on-site Corporate Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Corporate Sales Consultant will identify and qualify corporate prospects, generate leads, and conduct meetings or presentations to promote Skillslearn Academy's training and staffing solutions. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, including needs assessment, solution recommendation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. The person in this position will build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, coordinate with internal training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, and track performance against sales targets. reports, monitoring market trends, and representing the organisation at events or client interactions as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Consulting and Sales skills, with experience in solution-based or B2B selling.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline building.
  • Customer Service and Account Management capabilities to support, retain, and grow client relationships. B2B sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Experience in corporate training and recruitment services is an advantage.
