Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Corporate Sales Associate. The Corporate Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to meet their real estate requirements. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, offering tailored real estate solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating deals, and helping clients throughout the sales process. The role involves staying updated on industry trends and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in relationship management, client handling, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in sales and negotiation, including the ability to prepare and deliver effective proposals and close deals.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and an understanding of residential, office space, and retail properties.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet sales targets.
  • Relevant sales or real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
