- Understand the candidate's educational background and career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively pitching course benefits and value propositions
- Handle inbound leads and make outbound follow-up calls to prospective learners
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
- Resolve candidate queries related to course structure, fees, eligibility, and enrollment process
- Build strong relationships with potential learners to drive long-term conversions
