Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Corporate Sales Associate, based in South Bangalore. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring corporate clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating tailored gifting proposals, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align gifting solutions with client requirements and achieving sales targets effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Sales and Account Management, including client acquisition, retention, and relationship building and high work ethics
  • Strong Marketing and Communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations and proposals.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Persuasion skills, alongside problem-solving and customer service expertise.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple clients and orders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in corporate sales or the gifting industry will be an advantage.

Additional Details:

  1. This is a full-time position, in-office (not wfh), 5.5 days/week. It will involve being on the field to meet clients 2-3 days per week.
  2. We are looking for individuals with 2-4 years of experience to join us immediately.

  4. CTC is based on industry standards, with variable + fixed compensation
