Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Associate role based in Kolkata. The Corporate Sales Associate will identify and develop new corporate accounts, nurture existing client relationships, and promote the company's business travel and MICE solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing customized travel and event proposals, and negotiating contracts and pricing. The role also involves coordinating with internal operations and event teams to ensure smooth service delivery, monitoring client satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. The Corporate Sales Associate will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, research market trends and competitor offerings, and participate in networking events or industry forums to expand the company's corporate client base.
Qualifications
  • Proven corporate sales or B2B business development experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, events, or related services.
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple accounts, proposals, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfort with CRM and productivity tools, basic data analysis for sales reporting, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of corporate travel management, group bookings, or MICE operations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Customer-centric mindset, professional demeanor, and willingness to work from the Kolkata office and attend client meetings or events as needed.
