Corporate Salary Group is part of Retail Banking which manages end to end requirements of Salary customers through wide range of products & services including deposits, loans, investments & payment solutions, etc.
About the Role
Team Lead - Key Account Management (Corporate Salary) is a key role to:
.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporates, high-value clients, and Key decision makers
.Manage & grow the salary book component that comprises of Corporate Labels
.Continuously manage and hone the product, process & people to be the best in class in the
.banking industry
Key Responsibilities:
.Client Relationship Management:
oRegular reviews: Conduct regular reviews of KAM performance
oNTB Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new-to-bank clients
oNTB Label Action: Actively pursue NTB label acquisition
oCXO Account Tracking: Monitor and manage relationships with CXO-level executives
oSLC activation: Drive activation of Salary Line Cards (SLC)
.Deliver on business targets:
oLabel Acquisition - Acquire new clients within the assigned portfolio
oNumber of Accounts - Acquire the specified share of business from defined labels
oNTB MDAB
oCross-selling and upselling - Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services to clients
oPercentage of A/cs receiving salary credit - M3
ETB MDAB
.Portfolio Management
oPerformance Tracking - Track progress on various key metrics (eg COE, GH, Worksite, Pan India deals, Plants etc)
oPODs - Acquire and build PODs accounts
oKDMs - Maintain regular engagement with KDMs
oPerformance Monitoring - Monitor monthly SLC% and premiumization in the mapped book
oCorporate Activation - Ensure activation of corporates in the mapped book
.Team Co-ordination and Collaboration :
oRegional Head Cadence - Maintain regular communication with coverage and salary RHs
oJoint discussions - Collaborate with RHs on opportunities and track conversions
oETB Label Tracking - Monitor inactive ETB labels and MDAB movement
oSynergy - Work closely with Coverage, Branch Banking, and Salary Teams to ensure seamless client service
.Deliver on business targets for FD-RD/ Family Acs/ RAC / RFR/ TPP/ Cards/ Assets/ NPS
.Deliver on business targets in various segments individually & totally
.Ensure that all onboarding parameters are kept under check - TAT/ NFTR
.Ensure that attrition in the portfolio is within the agreed benchmark
.Adherence to compliance as defined from time to time
Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.MBA / CA / Graduate with 10+ years of experience

.Strong team-work with good leadership and motivational skills
.Strong analytical skills - ability to multi-task and handle sales complexities
.Ability to interact with multiple product groups within Corporate banking
