Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Salary Relationship Manager based in Noida. The successful candidate will manage and enhance relationships with corporate clients to drive key business objectives. Responsibilities include acquiring new corporate clients for salary accounts, building strategic partnerships, analyzing client needs, and implementing financial solutions. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales and business development targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management to foster and strengthen partnerships with corporate clients.
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with corporate representatives and internal teams.
- Knowledge in Finance to understand and address the financial requirements of corporate accounts.
- Sales expertise to achieve business targets by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Proficiency in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
- Previous experience in banking, corporate client management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required. MBA/PGDM is preferred.
