| Key Responsibilities |
- Deliver on business targets
- oLabel Acquisition
- oNumber of Accounts
- oNTB MDAB
- oPercentage of A/cs receiving salary credit
- oETB MDAB
- Deliver on business targets for FD-RD/ Family Acs/ RAC / RFR/ TPP/ Cards
- Deliver on business targets in various segments individually & totally
- oCorporates segment Platinum, Gold , Bronze, AVC
- Ensure that all onboarding parameters are kept under check TAT/ NFTR
- Ensure that attrition in the portfolio is within the agreed benchmark
- Adherence to compliance as defined from time to time
- Monitor CEP parameters- with Program team
- Devise marketing & engagement activities- with Program teams & Marketing for all segments of corporates
- Devise 7 monitor strategies for NTB Label Acquisition and deepening of ETB corporates with Program, Product, Marketing & Ops.
- Continuous review of product/ brand positioning and taking corrective measures when required with Product, Program & Marketing
