Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise relationship fromprospecting to deal closure.
  • Manage discovery, account mapping, SoW, PoC, objection handling, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Acquire and manage relationships withCXOs and key decision-makers.
  • Execute solution-selling initiatives to convert target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Operations) for deal closures.
  • Conduct market research, account mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to leadership.

Preferred Experience

  • 4+ years of experience inenterprise client Aquisition.
  • Proven track record of closinglarge-ticket deals (INR 25 Lakhs+).
  • Experience inEmployee Transportation, Software, Networking/Telecom, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Exposure to industries such asIT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education.

  • Strong solution-selling and negotiation skills.
  • High business acumen with value-based pricing understanding.
  • Integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
