Role Overview: We are looking for a Corporate Relations/Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive corporate engagement and hiring partnerships for AI, Digital Marketing, and Software Engineering talent in the Singapore market, while operating from India.This is a high-ownership, outbound-driven role, focused on building a strong pipeline of hiring partners through consistent outreach, relationship building, and conversion.
You will play a key role in enabling placement outcomes by connecting industry demand with learner readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build a strong pipeline of hiring partners in Singapore
- Identify and close corporate partnerships (MOUs) across AI, Digital Marketing, and Software Engineering roles
- Engage with Hiring Managers, Business Heads, and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Drive placement initiatives including hiring drives, employer connects
- Collaborate with academic and delivery teams to align learner readiness with industry expectations
- Track and improve placement metrics, conversions, and employer engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring partners
What We're Looking For
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Corporate Relations / KAM (EdTech or Tech hiring preferred)
- Comfortable with a high-volume calling and outreach-driven role
- Strong understanding of AI, Digital Marketing, and Software Engineering roles
- Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage targets, pipelines, and multiple conversations simultaneously
- Exposure to international markets / Singapore ecosystem is
