KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and organizations across various sectors.
- Identify internship and job placement opportunities suitable for our students based on their skills, interests, and career goals.
- Collaborate withstakeholders in Academic, Admissions and Student Welfare departments to understand student profiles and requirements, and tailor placement strategies accordingly.
- Organize and coordinate campusrecruitment drives and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
- Organise corporate engagement activities, suchas guest lectures, student trainings, conclaves, and workshops.
- Track and monitor placement activities, maintain accurate records, and generate reports to assess placement progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and relevant regulations to ensure effective placement strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Post graduate from any stream.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 to 10 yearsof experience in campus placement in University/Institutions.

- Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written)
- High Integrity
- 24*7 availability for important projects
- Knowledge of Industry demographics will be an advantage.
