Role Overview

Hero Vired is looking for people passionate about creating excellent learning experiences in the technology, management and design domains to help Indian youth participate in the careers of the future.

The job will include the following responsibilities:

• To lead the corporate outreach initiative for the Technology Domain related Career Outcomes

• Research, Identify, grow and manage relationships with leading corporates as Hiring Partners with the absolute focus of getting JDs from companies to Hero Vired upskilled learners.

• Sourcing opportunities for learners suitable to their profile and course exit roles.

• Building a stronger relationship with hiring partners

• Onboarding hiring partners for job opportunities, understanding their requirements and mapping learners to these requirements.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students

• Build success stories for Hero Vired through Placing the learners at Aspirational Companies and Packages

• Giving timely inputs of the latest skill sets, best practices to the Curriculum and faculty team

What are we looking for

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales/ account management role. Background of Placement would be an added advantage.

• Should have a strong network with the Talent Acquisition teams of various companies in domains like Product, IT/ITeS, FinTech's, E Commerce, Health-Tech, Logistics Tech etc.

• Gathers in-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive meaningful outcomes for partners.

• Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Should be a go-getter, great execution makes good ideas successful.

• Should have great passion for EdTech as a Sector.
