Role : Assistant Manager/Manager Corporate Relations (Placements)

Location: Delhi (Sultanpur)

Job Type: Full Time (Work from Office)

Minimum Experience: 3+ years

About the Role

This role primarily focuses on facilitating student internships and placements by collaborating with big firms and companies.

Key responsibilities involve engaging with various stakeholders across levels at organizations. The main goal is to ensure the seamless execution of career services activities. Key skills required include new business development, effective communication, team coordination, curriculum knowledge, understanding client needs and job vacancies, market awareness, problem-solving abilities, and providing student counseling and addressing placement-related queries.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, market-savvy, and well-versed in industry roles - such as Data Science , AI/ML, Data Engineer, Cyber security, Devops , Cloud Computing etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing & Maintaining client Relations (Industry Connects)
• Convincing companies to recruit learners of Hero Vired for full-time & internships .
• High level of Interpersonal and networking skills
• Good exposure/presence in social networking platforms.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong Presentation Abilities must be an out of the box thinker and excellent team player.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in stretched timelines.
• Do New Business Development and achieve targets to place students from assigned domains.
• To be the main POC and communication link for all corporate events
• To have knowledge and full understanding about the course curriculum of all domains offered by Hero Vired
• Coordinating and organizing placement processes, seminars, master classes or any career services activity and events.
• Business development and creating valid leads and fixing meetings.
• Communicating with external stakeholders through calling, emailing & facilitating meetings
• Any other responsibility and task as assigned.
