Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking with potential B2B partners, academic institutions, and biotech companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Pitch Biotecnika's services (training, research collaborations, hiring solutions, etc.) to relevant institutions and industry partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, training, sales) to customize proposals and solutions based on client needs.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent Biotecnika and expand its corporate network.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Human Resource, or any related field.

Other Requirements:

• 0 – 6 months of experience in Human Resource, Marketing, or client engagement.

• Freshers with strong communication and networking skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
