Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Relations & Placement Executive

Location: Sector 67, Mohali (Onsite)

 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Training & Placement Officer to establish and strengthen corporate relationships, identify hiring opportunities, and ensure successful placements for our trainees.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with companies, understanding their hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, and helping trainees secure employment opportunities. The role requires excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Tie-ups & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers across various industries.
  • Identify and onboard new companies for trainee placements.
  • Generate corporate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, and references.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective employers to understand their hiring needs and promote available talent.

 

Placement Activities

  • Coordinate placement drives, walk-ins, and virtual hiring events.
  • Source suitable job opportunities for trainees based on their skills and qualifications.
  • Match candidate profiles with client requirements and share shortlisted profiles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
  • Track interview status, feedback, offers, and joining confirmations.

 

Candidate & Training Coordination

  • Work closely with internal training teams to understand trainee skill sets and readiness.
  • Guide trainees regarding interview preparation, resume building, and employer expectations.
  • Ensure candidates are well-prepared before client interviews.
  • Maintain regular communication with trainees throughout the placement process.

 

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term partnerships with existing and prospective employers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to identify recurring hiring opportunities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

 

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain an updated database of companies, job openings, interviews, and placements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports.
  • Track placement targets and corporate engagement activities using Excel or CRM tools.
