Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter(TA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for internal recruitment closing positions like US and Canada recruiters(IT/Non-IT/Engineering), DMs, AMs, TLs, etc

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar environment.

- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and HR software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
