Job Description: Corporate Recruiter – IT & Non-IT(3rd party)

Location : Gurgaon/Bangalore(Whitefield)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to source, attract, and hire top talent across diverse functions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.

The role requires strong expertise in both technical and non-technical hiring, along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding
  • Handle hiring for IT (e.g., Developers, Data, Infra) and Non-IT roles (e.g., HR, Finance, Ops, Sales)
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies aligned with business needs

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, and pipeline updates
  • Influence hiring decisions through structured evaluation and candidate insights

3. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Source candidates using multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
  • Engage passive candidates through market mapping and outreach

4. Screening & Selection

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person) and evaluate skills and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops

5. Offer Management

  • Drive salary discussions and offer negotiations with selected candidates
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with a strong focus on candidate experience

6. Process & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance standards, and hiring SLAs
  • Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion ratios

7. Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives (campus, diversity hiring, etc.)
  • Represent the organization in job fairs and external hiring events

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job roles
  • Exposure to Non-IT domains (HR, Finance, Sales, Ops, etc.)
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media hiring)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from recruitment metrics

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment
  • Proven experience handling both IT and Non-IT hiring
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools
