Role Description

This is a on-site Internship, for Corporate Recruiter Internship role based in Prabhadevi (Mumbai) that comes with a PPO. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the entire recruitment and selection lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves sourcing candidates through various platforms, coordinating interview processes, and maintaining an organized recruitment database.

Qualifications

• Proficient in talent sourcing, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment strategies
• Experience in candidate screening, interviewing techniques, and offer negotiations
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using social media platforms and professional networks for recruitment purposes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Understanding of employment laws and best hiring practices
