Corporate Recruiter

Head Field Solutions is hiring Corporate Recruiters for our Noida Sector 57 office (onsite, 5 days a week | 9 AM – 6 PM).

We are looking for recruiters with 6 months to 5 years of domestic hiring experience, specifically in fulfilling Business Operations roles such as Sales, Business Development, and other in-house corporate positions.

Key Requirements:

• Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and multiple hiring channels

• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles independently

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
