About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to drive internal hiring for US Staffing roles. The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring US recruiters or currently be working as a US recruiter and looking to transition into an internal/corporate role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring (80%)
- Handle HR operations (20%) including employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop short- and long-term hiring strategies
- Source high-quality candidates using innovative and traditional sourcing methods
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Lead offer negotiations and communicate total compensation packages
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active talent
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Must have experience in a US Staffing organization
- Proven experience hiring US Recruiters / US Staffing profiles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, Google search, and networking
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Bachelor's degree required
