Qualification and skills required:
Graduate/post graduate with 3+ years of related professional experience in recruitment.
Ability to work independently yet remain an active member of a collaborative team
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. (Excel)
Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
