Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for each position.
Job Posting and Advertisement: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract candidates for open positions.
Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
year of experience in recruiting or a related field (experience in HR or customer service roles may be considered).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
