1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Market and Industry Analysis:Using tools & techniques to understand the targeted markets, customer needs, industry trends (within and outside automotive industry) and industry best practices.
2.Competitor Analysis :Identifycompetitors, theirstrengthand weaknesses to develop competitive strategy.
3.Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, datasets in a visually appealing format.
4.Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, provide timely feedbacks, provide recommendations/ adjustments to responsible verticals as per the top management guidelines.
5.Project Delivery & support: Assist in project delivery and implementation across departments, ensuring timely delivery of projects adhering to the required quality standards.
6.Data Analysis:Identify opportunities for different Projects using insights shared by Research & Analytics team for strategic decisions to drive business growth.
7.Data Reporting: Prepare and present suitable reports on various strategic performance
8.Streamlining processes: To identify & define strategic priorities & exploring growth opportunities with actionable proposals.
9.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and respond to stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns.
10.Risk Management: Identify, assess potential risks and mitigate the project risks to minimize their impact on the project.
11.Cross-functional Communication: Ensure effective communication with project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.
12.Business Proposal Creation:E2E proposal creation for the initiatives to be implemented for senior leadership approvals.
13.Fast paced and agile working:Working in ambiguous environment and with undefined objectives, delivering projects under tight deadlines, and as per the business requirements
14.Cross-functional Collaboration:Working with various teams like M&S Product development to align strategies.
