Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Lead – BFSI

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and grow corporate partnerships within the BFSI sector. The role focuses on building strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and Insurance companies to drive job guarantee programs and placements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end corporate partnerships with BFSI organizations
• Drive client acquisition (hunting) and account growth (farming)
• Onboard new BFSI partners for job guarantee programs
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships
• Engage with CXOs, Business Heads, and senior stakeholders within BFSI organizations to drive strategic partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to align candidate supply with hiring demand
• Understand BFSI hiring trends, talent gaps, and workforce needs
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements with senior leadership
• Ensure placement fulfillment and client satisfaction
• Track revenue, placements, and account performance
Key Requirements (Primary Focus Areas Highlighted)
• Strong experience in BFSI partnerships / B2B sales with deep understanding of Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and Insurance ecosystem
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and close deals with CXOs and senior stakeholders in BFSI organizations
• 8–12 years of experience in BFSI / B2B Sales / Partnerships
• Strong network within BFSI organizations
• Experience in client acquisition & key account management
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels (CXO, HR Heads, Business Leaders)
• Exposure to hiring / staffing / skilling ecosystem (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
• Target-driven with a focus on revenue and placements
Key Success Metrics
• Number of partnerships onboarded
• Placement numbers and fulfillment rate
• Revenue generated and account growth
