Job Title: Corporate Partnerships & Gifting Manager (B2B Sales) 

Reporting to: Offline Sales Head 

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Nurturing Green (featured on Shark Tank India – Season 4) is on a mission to bring nature closer to everyday spaces—through plants, green décor, and thoughtful gifting. 

We are building India's most loved gardening brand across retail and online channels—and now scaling our corporate gifting & partnerships business

This is an opportunity to build a high-growth B2B vertical from the ground up

What This Role Is About 

We're looking for a high-ownership, hustler B2B sales professional who can build and scale our corporate sales channel. You will work directly with the Offline Sales Head to: 

  • Acquire and grow corporate clients  
  • Drive repeat gifting business  
  • Build long-term partnerships across industries  

This is not a maintenance role—this is a build-from-scratch, high-impact role

What You'll Be Doing 

1. Build the Corporate Sales Engine 

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients  
  • Focus on corporate gifting, employee engagement, events, and workspace solutions  
  • Open doors across corporates, real estate, hospitality (HORECA), healthcare, etc.  

2. Own the Full Sales Cycle 

  • From lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure  
  • Drive consistent revenue through monthly & quarterly targets  

3. Drive Outbound & Pipeline 

  • Build a strong pipeline through Cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, Referrals & partnerships  
  • Ensure strong follow-ups and conversion discipline  

 

4. Solution Selling (Not Just Products) 

  • Understand client needs and pitch customized gifting & plant solutions  
  • Position Nurturing Green as a brand experience, not just a product  

5. Build Long-Term Relationships 

  • Develop repeat business cycles (festivals, onboarding kits, events)  
  • Create strong partnerships vs one-time transactions  

6. Collaborate to Win 

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain & leadership  
  • Help shape offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategy  

 

Who We're Looking For 

  • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B / corporate / institutional sales  
  • Background: Preferably from corporate gifting, lifestyle, home décor, hospitality, or similar industries  
  • Location: Based in Delhi/NCR (field meetings required)  

 

Must-Have Skills 

  • Strong hunter mindset (comfortable with outbound sales)  
  • Excellent communication & pitching skills  
  • Ability to sell solutions, not just products  
  • Strong negotiation & closure ability  
  • Relationship-driven approach with a focus on repeat business  

 

Bonus If You Have 

  • Existing network of corporate clients  
  • Experience in corporate gifting / bulk sales  
  • Exposure to HR/Admin/Procurement stakeholders
