About The Role
CareerSecure is looking for a Corporate Partnership Executive to build and manage relationships with companies for employee higher education programs. The role involves partnering with HR, L&D, Talent Management, and Business Leaders to promote online Master's programs (MBA, MCA, M.Com, etc.) for working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach corporate organizations for education partnerships.
- Connect with HR Heads, L&D Heads, Talent Management Teams, and Business Leaders.
- Schedule and conduct partnership meetings and presentations.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate leads.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements and MoUs.
- Organize employee awareness sessions and webinars.
- Coordinate with university partners and internal admission teams.
- Track partnership performance and employee enrollments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and partnership acquisition targets.
- Maintain CRM records and partnership reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, staffing, training, HR services, EdTech, or recruitment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in corporate outreach and relationship management.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
