Responsibilities:
- Support the employer relations strategy by researching and identifying potential employers and industry partners.
- Reach out to and engage with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams at partner organizations.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within partner companies.
- Coordinate connections between learners and potential employers, including sharing profiles and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize employer engagement activities such as career fairs, webinars, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of employer interactions and track key performance indicators related to placements.
Skills Required:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and self-driven with a willingness to learn.
- Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable with cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes or HR practices is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in employer relations, recruitment, sales, or business development.
- Internship or project experience in EdTech, career services, placement, or corporate partnerships is a plus.
