Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising and Proposal Development
- Develop and implement fundraising proposals for corporations, foundations, and individual donors.
- Identify funding opportunities aligned with the organization's programs and strategic priorities.
- Conceptualize and coordinate corporate volunteer engagement activities, both virtual and on-ground, across various focus areas.
- Support fundraising campaigns and initiatives to increase donor participation.
2. Donor Research and Relationship Management
- Conduct research to identify potential donors, corporate partners, and funding agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing donors and partners.
- Engage potential donors through outreach and communication strategies.
- Strengthen existing partnerships to encourage continued support and repeat funding.
3. Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain and update donor databases and records.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational reporting requirements.
- Process donations and manage acknowledgment letters and donor documentation.
- Coordinate annual fundraising appeals and maintain updated donation records, including tax-related documentation.
4. Documentation and Presentations
- Prepare presentations, reports, and donor communication materials.
- Develop documentation to support fundraising initiatives and partnerships.
- Use MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) for reporting, analysis, and presentation purposes.
