Corporate Paralegal

This is a full-time role of Legal Specialist in Gurgaon requiring LL.B./LL.M. with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Wellversed owns and operates a portfolio of nutrition supplement brands to empower people to attain their most optimal state of wellness. The brands are made available to our customers through an omni-channel approach including our own eCommerce portal (www.wellversed.in).

Job Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
• Liaise with external counsel to manage and streamline legal processes.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee intellectual property (IP) management, policy development, and compliance.
• Maintain accuracy and legal compliance of all documents and contracts.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in legal research tools and resources.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, tax law, intellectual property law, labor laws.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-experts.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
• LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
