Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic (Direct ownership)

• Define and drive the brand and communication strategy aligned to business goals across multiple customer segments

• Develop integrated marketing frameworks spanning ATL, BTL, digital, PR and content ecosystems

• Architect go-to-market strategies for key offerings across B2B, B2C and B2B2C channels

• Establish thought leadership platforms through PR, industry narratives, and leadership profiling

• Lead brand positioning and messaging architecture, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

• Drive consumer and market insight-led decision making, including brand tracking and competitive benchmarking

• Build strategic partnerships with media, influencers, platforms and ecosystem players

Operational (Collaborative role)

• Collaborate with business teams for campaign execution, lead generation and conversion support

• Work closely with digital, content, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns

• Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives

• Manage agencies (PR, digital, creative, media) for execution excellence and delivery timelines

• Oversee event marketing, activations, and experiential initiatives

• Ensure seamless execution of multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social, Influencer, PR)

• Drive internal communication initiatives to align employees with brand narrative

Financial

• Plan and manage the marketing and communications budget aligned to AOP priorities

• Optimize spends across channels to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency

• Track and report campaign performance, brand metrics and ROI indicators

• Drive revenue impact through marketing-led initiatives and partnerships

People (Direct Ownership)

• Lead and mentor 1 direct reportee, ensuring capability building and performance management

• Nurture a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability

• Work across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution discipline

QUALIFICATION

• MBA in Marketing / Communications / Media Management

• Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Analytics or PR preferred

EXPERIENCE

• 10-15 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Communications and PR

• Proven experience in integrated marketing across ATL, BTL and digital ecosystems

• Strong exposure to B2B and B2C business environments (B2B2C preferred)

• Demonstrated success in brand building, PR strategy, and reputation management

• Experience in managing multi-market or multi-segment campaigns

• Strong track record of driving growth, engagement and brand metrics

• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
