Role & responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and monitor the performance of the telecalling team.
  • Develop calling scripts, customer engagement plans, and follow-up strategies.
  • Oversee lead generation and conversion efforts through telephonic outreach.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align on offers, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze daily calling reports, lead status, and customer feedback.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Build and maintain a database of corporate clients and high-value customers.
  • Implement strategies to enhance appointment conversions and showroom walk-ins.
  • Ensure CRM software is updated regularly with call logs, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Train staff on soft skills, product knowledge, and brand positioning.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, strategies, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective telecalling strategies to achieve sales and lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
  • Oversee the maintenance and effective utilization of CRM systems and telecalling tools.
  • Set clear, measurable goals and targets for the telecalling team.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, talk time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall team efficiency.
