Company Description TNS India Foundation (TNSIF) is a Section 25 non-profit development organization that has been active in India since 2012. Role Description The Corporate Linkage Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate partners to create employment, training, and market linkage opportunities for program participants. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential corporate collaborators, presenting TNSIF programs, negotiating partnership terms, and coordinating corporate engagement activities such as job drives, industry exposure sessions, and training initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with internal program teams to understand participant profiles and align corporate opportunities with their skills and aspirations. The Corporate Linkage Expert also monitors partnership performance, gathers feedback from stakeholders, and prepares regular reports to support continuous improvement and impact measurement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, employment opportunities, and corporate partnership potential.
- Knowledge of Finance to understand corporate budgets, partnership structures, and basic costing of programs.
- Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentations, negotiations, and report writing.
- Customer Service orientation to manage corporate relationships, address partner needs, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Experience in Training or coordinating trainings, especially related to employability, soft skills, or industry readiness.
- Prior experience in corporate partnerships, business development, placement services, or CSR-focused roles is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with youth employability, women's economic empowerment, or development sector initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, with a strong commitment to inclusion and impact.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools; working knowledge of local languages in Telangana is an asset.
