Role: Corporate Lending Business Analyst

We are looking for Corporate Lending Business Analysts with good functional understanding of lending processes and banking domain operations. The ideal candidate should have intermediate-level knowledge of corporate lending and should be able to work closely with business, technology, and testing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a Business Analyst for corporate lending / commercial lending projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand loan origination, credit assessment, loan servicing, disbursement, repayment, and closure processes.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams for requirement clarification and delivery.
- Support UAT, test case review, defect triage, and business validation activities.
- Identify gaps in existing lending processes and suggest improvements.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to technical and QA teams.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of Corporate Lending / Commercial Lending domain.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services projects.
- Knowledge of loan lifecycle, credit risk, collateral, limits, repayment schedules, interest calculations, and documentation.
- Ability to prepare requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good to Have:
- Testing experience in banking / lending applications.
- Experience in UAT coordination and test scenario preparation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Exposure to loan management systems or core banking platforms.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Banking / BFSI domain experience is mandatory.
- Corporate Lending experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates with testing background will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
