What we are looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager & Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving business growth through effective Sourcing & Closing and relationship management. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the Real Estate Corporate market and excellent leadership skills, negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, landlords, and building managers.
What you will do:
➢Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relation building with potential clients.
➢Identify and pursue commercial leasing deals for office spaces, Co-working spaces, Managed offices, Retail brands etc.
➢Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients real estate needs.
➢Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
➢Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
➢Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.
Desired Profile:
➢Min. 02 to 03 Years of experience with Commercial Real Estate OR Commercial leasing.
➢Any Graduation OR Master's in Marketing/Real Estate.
➢Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and current trends.
➢Excellent communication skills for effective client acquisition and relationship-building.
➢Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
