Generate and convert corporate leasing leads to achieve sales targets.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients through direct sales, references, brokers, and networking.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Negotiate commercial terms and drive deal closures.
Build and maintain strong corporate client and channel partner relationships.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Track market trends, competitor pricing, and corporate leasing requirements.
Achieve monthly/quarterly leasing revenue and closure targets.
