WE'RE HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE KIDBEA® is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can turn campaigns into measurable business growth. We're looking for someone who understands performance marketing, knows how to optimize campaigns, and can drive sales, revenue and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive sales, revenue, conversions & customer acquisition.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM & CVR.
• Manage campaign budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Build retargeting, lookalike and audience strategies.
• Test creatives, copies, audiences and campaign structures.
• Work closely with Creative, Brand, Content & E-commerce teams.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve ROI and acquisition efficiency.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Candidates from Agency or Brand-side/In-house backgrounds are welcome.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM & CVR
• Proven experience in managing and scaling performance campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Good understanding of D2C / E-commerce / Consumer Brand marketing.
• Ability to take ownership of campaigns and deliver measurable results.
