Founded by CS Vasudeva Rao Devaki in 2013, D&A provides a range of services including legal due diligence, IBC, NCLT Cases, investment advice, transaction documents, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions. The firm is registered as a practicing company secretaries firm with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is located in Hyderabad.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at D V Rao & Associates. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for dealing with matters relating to company law, securities laws, inbound and outbound investment, joint ventures, technology transfers, listings and representing clients in NCLT and IBC Proceedings. The role will involve providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions
• Knowledge of legal due diligence and transaction documents
• Ability to provide legal advice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in law
• Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a plus
