Corporate Law Associate / Corporate Lawyer (2–5 Years PQE)
Location: Ahmedabad (Preference for candidates based in Ahmedabad or those willing to relocate.)
Minimum 2-year professional commitment required.
Parker & Parker Advocates is hiring a Corporate Law Associate / Corporate Lawyer (2–5 years PQE) to join its growing Corporate & Commercial practice.
Role Overview:
• Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts
• Companies Act advisory and compliance
• HR & Employment advisory
• Debt recovery and dispute resolution matters
• Transactions, due diligence, and direct client interaction
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Practical, business-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Law firm experience preferred
