Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate IT Training Sales Executive to join our team. This role will involve identifying potential corporate clients, understanding their training needs, and presenting our tailored IT training solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses achieve their IT training goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Target Prospective Clients:
Research and identify potential corporate clients in need of IT training.
Build a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop a deep understanding of the IT training needs of each client.
Consultative Selling:
Engage with corporate clients to understand their specific IT training requirements and challenges.
Recommend customized training solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our training services.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients.
Showcase our training programs, methodologies, and success stories.
Address client questions and objections to close deals effectively.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Sales Quota Achievement:
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to the marketing team to help refine our messaging and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in IT or training-related industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high degree of initiative.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).
