Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Corporate & Institutional Field Sales Executive/Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new corporate and institutional business opportunities, conducting field visits, and presenting solutions to decision-makers. The professional in this position will manage and grow key accounts, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include preparing sales pitches and proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with organizational targets. The role also includes tracking sales performance, updating management with regular reports, coordinating with internal teams for smooth delivery, and representing the company at meetings, reviews, and relevant industry events.
Qualifications
- Strong Corporate Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and business development targets.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with corporate and institutional stakeholders.
- Solid Account Management experience, including relationship-building, retention, and upselling within key accounts.
- Customer Service orientation, with the capability to address client needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in corporate or institutional field sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer products, incentives, or channel distribution.
- Comfort working in an on-site, field-oriented environment in and around Noida, with readiness for client visits and travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM tools for reporting, pipeline management, and account tracking.
