Job Title: Corporate Human Resources / Corporate Recruiter / Internal HR

Shift: 2PM - 11PM IST
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring needs across various departments in India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while working closely with hiring managers and HR teams to fulfil organizational talent requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update ATS / recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Ensure hiring aligns with company policies and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end corporate recruitment
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tracking tools
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
