Role Overview
Corporate Human Resource Manager (Leadership Hiring & HR Business Partnering) will lead end‑to‑end hiring for the organization with a strong focus on leadership hiring, strategic talent planning, and building a high‑quality talent pipeline. In addition, this role will act as a Corporate HR Business Partner, driving people practices, organizational effectiveness, and HR governance for corporate functions.
This is a high‑visibility role, requiring strong business partnering, stakeholder management, executive hiring capability, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization across corporate and functional teams.
- Lead leadership hiring, including CXO -1 & CXO -2 roles, senior functional heads, and niche specialist roles.
- Lead relationships with search partners, recruitment vendors, and assessment firms, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Act as HRBP to Corporate & Head Office functions, partnering with functional leaders to drive people strategy and organization effectiveness.
- Provide strategic HR support on workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Drive implementation of HR policies, processes, and transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Support annual cycles such as goal-setting, appraisals, compensation planning, career progression, and talent reviews.
- Partner with L&D and HR CoEs to ensure capability-building initiatives aligned to business goals.
- Generate meaningful insights through HR analytics, hiring trends, and manpower metrics to support leadership decision-making.
- Stakeholder & Team Management
Must Have
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Corporate HR with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering roles.
- Proven expertise in leadership hiring (CXO, business heads, and corporate leaders).
- Strong business acumen with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and team management.
- Hands-on experience with TA, Analytics-driven hiring and HRBP.
