About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate/Internal HR Recruiter who can help us build a high-performing US IT Recruitment team. This role is not about volume hiring we need someone who understands US staffing dynamics, hiring urgency, and can identify recruiters who can actually deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end internal hiring for US IT Recruiters and related roles
- Understand US IT Staffing requirements and identify the right recruiter profiles accordingly
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on quality, performance potential, and communication skills
- Assess candidates on parameters like US recruitment knowledge, sourcing ability, and client handling skills
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand team goals and hiring priorities
- Build a strong pipeline of high-performing recruiter talent
- Ensure quick turnaround time while maintaining quality hiring standards
- Drive structured interview processes and improve hiring efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in Corporate / Internal Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US IT Staffing industry
- Ability to identify and hire high-quality US IT Recruiters (not just fill positions)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong screening and evaluation skills for recruiter roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
