About Mrs Kaur'sMrs Kaur's is a family-owned bakery and café founded in 2006, a 20-year heritage brand credited with introducing the soft cookie to India. With two premium locations in Delhi NCR (Golf Course Road, Gurgaon and Mandi Road, Chattarpur), Mrs Kaur's is known for its in-house patisserie, all-day breakfast, and a quietly considered hospitality style that has built a devoted following over two decades. As the brand enters its next chapter, we are building our corporate and B2B business as a structured, high-growth vertical alongside our cafés.
The Corporate Gifting Specialist | B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for building and owning Mrs Kaur's corporate gifting and B2B sales business end to end — from outreach and relationship management to product curation, and post-delivery client engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship-builder who understands premium brands, thinks like an account director, and can independently grow a meaningful revenue stream for the business. A passion for food, design, and gifting is essential; an existing network across Delhi NCR's corporate, hospitality, and luxury landscape is a significant advantage.
1. Corporate Gifting Strategy: Build, plan, and execute Mrs Kaur's corporate gifting programme across year-round occasions including birthdays, employee appreciation, and client thank-you as well as key seasonal moments — Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and Holi.
2. B2B Account Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients — including corporate offices, hotels, clubs, co-working spaces, salons, boutiques, and event planners — for ongoing supply, catering, and partnership opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients, serving as the single point of contact from first conversation through repeat orders.
4. Hamper & Gifting Curation: Work closely with the bakery and culinary teams to design seasonal hampers, gifting catalogues, and bespoke client offerings — balancing brand integrity, profitability, and client requirements.
5. Catalogue & Collateral: Build and maintain Mrs Kaur's corporate gifting catalogue, pitch decks, and outreach materials. Collaborate with the team to ensure all client-facing collateral reflects the brand's voice and visual identity.
6. Pricing & Margin Management: Build and own the pricing structure for corporate gifting and B2B orders within the parameters set by the MD, ensuring healthy margins while remaining competitive. Manage quotations, contracts, and invoicing in coordination with the finance team.
7. Revenue Targets & Forecasting: Own quarterly and annual revenue targets for the corporate gifting and B2B vertical. Forecast pipeline, track conversions, and report performance to the MD.
8. Catering Coordination: Partner with the culinary team to manage catering enquiries for corporate events, private celebrations, and intimate gatherings — from initial consultation through on-day execution.
9. Client Feedback & Retention: Conduct post-delivery follow-ups, gather client feedback, and drive repeat business through proactive account management and seasonal outreach.
10. Brand Representation: Represent Mrs Kaur's externally at client meetings, industry events, and supplier interactions — embodying the brand's voice, warmth, and standards in every interaction.
